Terms and Conditions

Services

K9 Mana will generally provide dog training services to you.  These services may include:

Private training sessions                                             Group training
Behaviour Consultations                                             Clicker training
Dog boarding and training                                           K9 Good Citizen training
Puppy preschool

The appropriate dog training will be agreed between K9 Mana you depending on the needs of the dog.

Cost of services

The cost of services below is based on one dog per Client.

K9 Mana will provide services at the following rates:

• Private Consultation, providing a training session tailored to your dog’s specific needs.

First Session is aprox 120 Minutes long, and any additional sessions are 60 minutes.

Fee: 1^stSession $240 and $90 for each additional 1hr session. This includes GST and the cost of K9 Mana travel to the consultation.  Payment must be made at each consultation or private training session before the services are provided.

• Rates for classes and group training will be separately agreed. Payment must be made before each class or group training session begins.
• Rates for dog boarding and training for one dog will be at $60 per day including GST.  Payment must be made before  collecting your dog.

Where you cancel a consultation or training session with less than 4 hours’ notice, K9 Mana may charge a cancellation fee of $60 for each cancelled session.

K9 Mana may stop providing services to you if any payment is overdue.

K9 Mana uses only positive training techniques to train each dog.  It is likely that you will see a behaviour change in your dog.  However, you accept that while K9 Mana uses reasonable resources to improve a dog’s behaviour, each dog is individual and training outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

You agree, understand, and acknowledge that the elimination or modification of behaviors is not guaranteed and that dog training may not provide exact results as each dog is different in regards to ability, breeding, and temperament.

You further agree to accept responsibility for any damages the above named dog may cause through malicious, aggressive or improper behavior that may occur before, during, or after all services provided by K9mana. Furthermore, you understand and agree that dog training may involve risks to yourself, members of your family, or Dog.

You assume all risks associated with participating in this training and will not hold K9mana or its instructors responsible in the event of injury to yourself, a family member or Dog.

You agree to comply with the instructions, training plan and decisions of the training instructor as it relates to yourself or your Dog’s ability to safely complete each training session.

You also agree to assume all responsibility for any damage done to property, persons, or other dogs done by yourself or your Dog’s actions

You consent to K9 Mana contacting other agencies about your dog, where required.  This may include a vet, or local council.
